Es Princep Hotel

The Es Princep hotel designed by Francesc Pizà and Se Duch is a five star hotel located in the Baluard del Princep in Palma de Mallorca. A four floor building with 68 rooms that looks more like a residential building than a hotel.
The building features two interior courtyards, which function as both courtyards of the house, skylights and ventilation spaces. In addition, the property wanted to attract Mallorcans to the common spaces such as the restaurant, the cocktail bar and the terrace on the top floor.
The furniture chosen for the outdoor spaces is a combination of the NAK and CLUB lounger for the pool area overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, VINT armchairs and low tables from both collections.
